My live signature site needs a total make over. It is all template based (about 20-30 tpl files for each screen, header and footer). Looking for a good priced offer from a designer to do: 1. A complete re-design of it's look and feel - make it 2.0-ish and cool. 2. Better ads placements. 3. lighter size and faster image loading. 4. Better use of the screen width. Designer needs to code the tpls (will be provided) to work perfectly on IE6,7,FF 2.0 and Safari 3). I will pay via egold (have some budget to use there).
