Hi All, I want to start up a property site that mentors people and helps build property portfolios. I want it eventually to end up better than this one I found but using this as a model for stage 1 build would be ok. g*l*e*n*n*a*r*m*s*t*r*o*n*g.com take out the * this is like many sites of its kind out there and my site would do similar things, so outside the video gallery that would have to be built up and the new content I want the site to run almost on auto-pilot. The usual stuff needed, autoresponders, database to build/manage the email list, twitter page thats auto updated with new content etc, etc. This would be a pre-launch site and would have to have really attention grabbing graphics to ensure viewers sign-up, my site is called p*r*o*p*e*r*t*y*d*r*a*g*o*n*s.com. So how much for a site like this and how quickly could it be done, whatever the prize amount is I will pay more to the successful designer/coder to further develop the site. PLEASE dont mention either name in this string. Thanks....
