    Present ranking at position 6 for specific keyword no quotes.

    Budget $300.

    Payable in installments of $100 for every position increase

    Payments only made after confirmation of new ranking position and also on basis of weekly reports of link building work completed being submitted.

    Please do not bid or make offers if you do not agree with this terms.

    Project to start today and first report to be presented in one weeks time.

    Your budget of $300 will not be enough in most "ranking in Top 3" cases even if you are already rank 6. But it all depends on the keywords, what is your keywords?
