Buying Need a site designed for me on a low budget

Hi all!

Looking to purchase a template for a little project i'm setting myself. Basically it's going to be a site of activites to do with children in the UK so it will consist of tabs down the left side with ages such as:

0-1
1-2
3-4 etc

Then once in the tabs will be a list of activites with possibilities to impliment YouTube videos. I'd like the site to contain a forum.
Also i want the site so be really colourful - baby blues, bright green, basically child friendly. Possibly some cute animals in there just go wild with it

Just a basic idea of what i want at the moment - would anyone be willing to give it a go for £50.
