Hello, Our firm is having difficulty completing a project as we are very busy at the moment. We're trying to help someone out, but it seems to have back fired. They are very strict about how they want their layout, etc. I'll post a link to a folder on our web host that has an exact layout done in an image file. The site is basically a new/used/ classified style site that sells motorbikes in singapore. The most we can pay is $300. This was a severely budget project for purposes of adding to our portfolio, so the budget is low, we understand.
