The site is a Comparison and Review site. The designer doesn't need to be knowledgable about the content/topic, as i will fill this in. Not bothered about which CMS, though i would expect Joomla is the favourite. I am only asking for the layout to be designed, as well as the appropriate components installed. Please post/PM offer, along with portfolio/sample work Would be helpful if you can design banners too. More long-term work possible, as i will be expanding into reviewing more categories of producting
