Buying need a simple website to be made

    Just wanted to get a quote on a website i need developed.

    Basically I need it to function exactly like this website:

    http://www.ratemypuppy.com/


    but i would like mine to look a bit nicer.

    It needs to store pictures and visitors need to be able to rate them.

    there also needs to be a member system.
