I need a simple webpage designed. I have very less knowledge about CSS hence asked you design a web page. Here is the image in my mind-

now you have to design a header with logo 'Turboupload.co.in' next you to design the CSS to add the divisions so that I can easily add my ad codes and content by copying pasting in respective division. It is just 1 page and requires no navigation hence easy task. I hope it is completed fast.

For header I think I can pay upto 6-7$ and for design of CSS and body I can pay 5-6$ as per your quality.

You might be better of getting someone to create you an image, then get the site made.
