I need a script to show Title, Description Just from one table.

order the links by how much the link owner paid me.

Simple add page (Where users can pay and add a link)

Admin page to look and manage the links, simple one or two page admin.

Link 1 Title ($10.00)
Link 1 Description

Link 2 Title ($9.00)
Link 2 Description
Only one column

(Links are ordered by Max to min based on what they paid)
Should take image or text link. (Admin to decide if text or image)
