Need a simple php url upload script!!!

    Here is what I need. Need someone to write me in php a simple url upload script. I do not want a file uploader just upload from a url. More like transfer.

    Nothing elaborate just simple. Put in the url of the file and it transfers it. Seems simple enough doesn't it? Leave price and what not here I will be monitoring this thread. I want this done a.s.a.p. if not sooner.
