Buying Need a simple PHP script for a blog

Hi guys,

I am looking for a talented programmer to set up a simple script for me.

Basically what I need it to do is

Have a form I input the data into.

Display the data as a list on a single page.

Have a search box function that can allow me to search the various input fields in the form. PR, alexa rank, price etc

The amount of data to be displayed, inputed and searched is a fair bit but the actual functionality should be very simple.

Please PM me your price. I will pay after completion (see my iTrader) and would be willing to work with a new programmer with no iTrader.

Im looking for offers less than $100. Also you can use a pre-existing script and just adjust it to suit.
