I need a simple job management system and worker admin system that can do the following job: 1) Customer place an order and pay through PayPal 2) After payment confirm admin transfer the job to a worker or a group of workers(can be more than one worker) 3) After completing the job worker need to acknowledge the system 4) The system need to check if the job was done base on worker submit url (if the job need more than one worker system need to check all workers) 5) After checking the system change the job status to completed and at the same time send out a report to customer. Worker Admin System 1) Allowed internet user to apply as worker (need to fill up a form) 2) Worker can only be assign job after admin approve his/her application 3) After worker complete a job, his account will be credit an amount 4) Worker will be paid monthly through PayPal if his account balance hit a preset limit.
