Buying Need a simple job in php - 10$

    I need a php code where i can upload to the server files with names like:



    ORGANIZATION-PROFESSION-YEAR-LEVEL-EXAMINER.zip



    ie: ABIN-AGENTE_ADMINISTRATIVO-2010-MEDIO-CESPE.ZIP



    the "-" is to separate the information and the "_" is to add a space



    using mysql


    and then add the info above into


    agency = will get the value = ABIN

    profession = AGENTE ADMINISTRATIVO

    year = 2010

    level = MEDIO

    examiner = CESPE

    link = this gets the link of the uploaded file







    now i need a single php file to users see and navigate/search the files!

    like the example:

    OBS: when the user land on the page must show the last 20 files added

    OBS2: Must have a pagination at bottom!
