Need a simple image scroller on Wordpress front page

    Hi. I need a very simple image scroller where images are scrolling across on top of the opening text in Wordpress. I also need the image to stop on mouseover.
    I will provide the images. Let me know if:

    1. You can do it
    2. How much you'll charge me
    2. How long it will take
    3. Whether you accept payments via paypal
