i need a simple that uses simple mysql database that consists of username, password, active/inactive option tab. admin should be able to make seller accounts and customer accounts in the panel and seller account should be able to make customer accounts based on the number admin have assigned to them. if you need a sample of what im talking about please do pm me. budget: $10-20. i really need simple and neat panel to add/delete/manage username accounts.
