Need a sign up program's

    I need a signup program, who I can register a lot of member and use a proxylist

    I need to put a, login,password,email and website

    I need to set the captcha for the register

    first off the best way to do this would use mysql databases and php this would be the best and as far as i know only approch that is secure to this

    I can do most of it although I have limited knowledge with proxy's and I'm wondering if your asking us to build you an auto join feature? Where it signs up to different sites for you through a proxy? Or do people sign up to your site? If its the latter what do you need a proxy for?
