so which link is best suitable for seo related

The name based URLs are better, as long as they are not too long.

Name and Category based URL's are much better in terms of SEO - This is of course if they are not extremely long like http://www.foo.com/some/words/like/so/and/on/and/on/and/on < Not so good.

 

If you want to promote the company name itself then go for the first option...
