hey i searched this forum but couldn't get so i created this thread i am looking for a script which will upload videos from you tube/ google videos to my server and would convert them to .wmv format... i m on host gator linux server...... i want the script for personal use to need not be fancy ....

Is this not going to be severe copyright violation? Your server's ip address will be banned by utube in few days
well is it so..? but there are many sites which do service like.... " download youtube videos from our site in wmv forrmat" now these sites must be converting videos in .wmv format by first uploading it on their server..? isnt it?
