Need A Script To Host 10,000 Videos +

I've posted a very similar thread in the web hosting section as I need a host as well as a script.

I need a script with the capacity to host 10,000 videos initially, eventually 100,000 though I could possibly migrate to a more advacnced script further down the line.

Can anyone make any recommendations?
