Hello, Sorry for the delay, it has been a very busy day. I have inserted the script in to a HTML page, just add all your questions and answers and you are all set. It is setup so it gives 3 points for answer A, 2 points for answer B and 1 point for answer C. You have the ability to restructure this by changing the coding.
