Need a salespage and squeeze page designer

Hi,

I've bought resell rights to a product an am creating a site to sell it on.

The site is www.ultimatelistsuccess.com and need someone to create the following:

1) Salespage:
-Header
-Footer
-background
-Buy It Now button
-A Package design of the Ultimate List Success Product
-layout of the salespage

2) Squeezepage:
-layout of the squeezepage
-A free ebook when they sign up design

(Plus a basic up to 10 people Tell A Friend option)

I want the design to stand out, have a nice, see through 3D colour.

Also I thought a cartoon picture on me would look pretty cool, have seen a couple of these around the net.
