Not sure having the beige box around the logo is right? Ask some more opinions on that? Otherwise clear navigation and well intergrated adverts! Very well done. Like it.

I agree the logo could be a little more inviting. You can create something like this in photoshop pretty easy. There are a lot of ads which I understand is probably the basis for the revenue on this site, but I don't like that the ads pop up in different places. They are in the middle of the page on the first page and then move to the right side of the page and there are a couple different size ads. Makes it hard to focus on your content. Just a thought.
