Need a Reliable Reseller Account (Details Inside)

    Hi, can anyone offer/recommend me a reseller hosting account that has at least these features (or better):

    - Max. $50/year
    - Unlimited domains/accounts
    - At least 1GB space and 10GB bandwidth
    - 99+% uptime (preferably guaranteed)
    - PHP, MySQL
    - cPanel preferred

    Please let me know what you have to offer. Uptime stats/proof appreciated.

    Priority #1: uptime.
    Priority #2: price.
