Need a recommendation: Best social post search tool?

    I need a tool for one of my client's marketing campaigns.

    I need to be able to search for specific terms across posts on as many social accounts as possible. i.e. facebook, twitter, LinkedIn google plus etc.

    So if I search "XYZ 123" everyone that has posted something to their socials with "XYZ 123" across various social networks will show up. Ideally being able to reply directly would be good too.

    I'd love to hear some input from the group, please.
    I'm hoping someone here knows the perfect tool.

    Any thoughts or recommendations?

    Do you mean just posting on various social profiles or something else?
    I think hootsuite would do that job best.
