Need a recomendation: Text link brokers

Hi,
I've got a high profile customer I'm promoting and I want to use a text link broker to save me the effort and time of chasing those one way links.

I need someone who has good quality PR6 and up links and someone which offers a reseller/seo commission to me as the middle man/reseller.

Could you please recommend any good companies?
