Need a Real estate php script

Hi all

To start a new project to a real estate company i need an Real estate php script to go forward. Anyone with free/paid ideas to this kind of site? Important: must have a easy backend so users can upload photos, add houses etc.

Never used it, but I know there is www.open-realty.org .
