Buying Need a raster PSD converted to a vector .ai file.

    I have a psd that I need converted to a VECTOR .ai file. Just so everyone understands, I don't want it opened in Illustrator and then saved as an .ai file, it needs to be a vector file. The PSD is complete and doesn't need any modifications in design.
