I'm going to be posting a project on guru.com asking people to submit designs for my website. I already have a premium theme, I just need it customized. I will be asking them to submit a design, not actual code. What should I offer? What is a high enough price to get people to participate in a design project that they might not even be rewarded for, unless I choose theirs?

I am betting no one will risk it. I wouldn't either. I make pple pay 20 dollar before i make the template and then i give them a basic preview with nothing but basic thing i will put and outline and if they like it and want to get the deal done then they send the rest of the money other wise esle. i keep 20$ and thats it. 20$ for me making the preview.

hmm if u say that don't go over 50 bucks. I charge pple at least 100$ for a basic template and since u have the theme go for 40$ i would do it for 30$ but u'll have to pay 10$ before i do it.
