    Sorry to brief I have to go to work very soon.
    Anyway I need to know how much a site like this (click) would cost Design + Coded. With all the features, and on top I would need to know (separately) how much the forum would be.

    you can try joomla at www.joomla.org then go to www.rockettheme.com checkout their templates they have a similar one to this. Customise it yourself then you have spent - $50 (price to get access to rocket theme)

    I wouldn't exactly compare the rockettheme designs to the 360monster one; and especially wouldn't suggest Joomla as the CMS to power it.

    360Monster.com was created by Biglime (now BrightAI - http://www.brightai.net/index.php ) who produced the design and custom coded the CMS. Basically you're not going to get something of that quality for cheap.
