Need a quote for image upload script ~~ Simple job!

I need a quote for an image upload website that im in the process of making. The website is:

As you can see, i've already started work on the template. The rest can be found here:

Here are the features I require:

• Regular upload
• URL upload
• Maximum file size and allowed extensions
• Send to a friend via Email

There is another feature I would like backend. One that will let me remote upload ZIP files and the images inside will be unpacked and I will be given the thumbnail links in bulk. I can explain more via PM
