I've made my website- not blog, and i used dreamweaver cs3- Im wondering whats a quick way to add new content daily (in the form of pages).
If i create a new page and then save it as page 1, then the current page one would be put to the last page or then id have to re enter each link and move each page down. Does anyone have a easier solution to this problem?

I think you may want to look at how exactly you will use the website and how often you will update it. Just recently, having listened to what one of my clients needs were - I created a website for him using Wordpress as a CMS.

It looks exactly like a normal website but it means it is extremely quick and easy for the client to update and change. They love it...

If you learn PHP/Mysql you can create this site yourself.

Or you could pay someone like me to do it for you, for a competitive price!

    alternativley use Wordpress!

just google for free cms there are quite a few. I guess wordpress is the best known but if you don'T want a blog you should go for something else like joomla, typo3 or cmsms which is really simple to understand

Wordpress and joomla is great, took me a while to get used to it and i still not got to the stage of my own themes.

The web has many simple CMS with easy to edit layouts for self.

    Try Hotscripts.com

You could write a script to do the job in an hour, someone on here could do it for around $30!

well if you write a script it should have the have the features you would use of a cms so if you'Re new to it go for a free cms first (no costs and lots of stuff online if you need help)

in both cases you would have to add your content again, but after that you can add new content within minutes ;)

Even better: turn your current layout into a Wordpress theme and use Wordpress! You'll love it!

    Wordpress is my favourite CMS.

I usually make my own for the sites I make though as they are more targetted to the site!
