Need a quick template designed $50

    Basically I am looking for a quick template designed.

    I want the navigation bar created so when you hover over the link it comes up with blood like a splat of blood.

    I want the content left so I can fill it in myself in frontpage.

    So basically a template where the navigation bar has blood when you hover over it and some images added to the website and use my logo on the website :)

    PM me if you want to take the job, I can send you all the images (links) and the style of template I want it based on..
