need a quick job from designer/coder

    Hi all,
    i'm looking for someone who can make a quick job for a new website that i would like to get up and running very quickly.
    The website will be the homepage of the XDCC Browser (download software using MIRC).

    Basically what i need on the site is :
    Homepage (for the introduction of it)
    Download page
    Contact page (contact form with Captcha)
    Partners page (links)
    Release notes (updates, comments by the author...)

    I'll also need a logo to go along with it.
    It can be HTML or a wordpress site (in this case i'll also ask you to install everything).

    Please send me your offers (if you have a portfolio send it as well).

    Please don't post offers of over 100$

    i've received several offers already by PM, ty
    i would like to get 1 or 2 more before i make up my mind.

    forgot to mention that the design should be minimalistic, by that i mean plain colors and nothing too flashy

    Gingi, if you can get a PSD designed then I'll be able to code it and then integrate it into WordPress. I usually charge around 55 USD to code most designs so let me know if you are interested and still looking.
