Contest Need a quick graphic box done - $20

See that blue box on the lower left side I need something new designed that fits in better with the site. I'm looking for something more professional to go with the rest of the site. Dimensions: 340px wide and 200px tall. Use the colors from the website for a starting point.

The winner of this contest well receive $20 by Paypal. As far as what needs to go in the box: It needs a zip code entry box and says something like enter your zip code here for quotes. Maybe a picture of a car? Make it look professional.

do you mean we must insert a text box inside the image by HTML process or just show it as a image
