Need a quick fix for WPMU's TinyMCE

    I have installed WPMU and everything's working smoothly except the visual editor (TinyMCE). There are two buttons when editing a post: Visual and Code. The Visual button is greyed out. Which means I cannot use TinyMCE, the WYSIWYG editor used in WP. I am looking for someone to fix this problem as I have been struggling with this issue for three days to no avail.

    If you want to help, please send me a PM including your rates. This is a quick fix (the visual editor is supposed to be working) so you shouldn't spend much time coding -- you will spend some time analyzing the bug, though :)

    Hit me up, I code to the newest standards and have been coding for 10 years. php5, mysql4, linux, apache, javascript, xml... I freelance and work fast. I also have much experience with TinyMCE.

    thank you phpl33t, i am glad to hear that you have vast experiences with TinyMCE. that'd be really healpful.

    but i don't need any coding done. i installed WPMU right out of the box, and the TinyMCE is supposed to be working, but it isn't. i need someone to fix this. how much would you expect for such job? you just need to analyze my website and tell me the required fix. thanks.
