Need a QUICK fix done! [phpBB related]

    I need a small fix done on a phpbb theme. I am not familiar with phpbb or I would've done this myself.

    The coder I hired was not able to code in the login box at the "something here" texts on the header. He did provide me with the code that was suppose to be placed there but when he tried it, the page ended up really off. I will also give you that code. So simply placing the code into the header will not do it, or I would've done that in the first place. So please understand that before offering to do this. The code probably needs to be modified or something.

    I'm not goign to leave any negative (or positive) feedback, but I thought I would leave a small warning for other users.

    I offered to fix this for him for $10, which I got to the point where I had the forum there and you could log in and even the logged in details would show up when someone was logged in instead of the log in form. It just needed some additional styling but I sent him a pm and told him that what he had was complete junk and that he would be setting himself up for a ton of trouble if he used this theme.

    Anyways, it woulden't have took me much longer to add the additional styling and I already took up a fair ammount of my time to install the software, dig through the code, and fix what I did. I would have finished the little extra styling, but I just said if you send me $5 we'll call it even. Anyways, he sent me $3 like he apparently sent those who diden't actually get it working.

    I'm not leaving negative feedback because I dont' want to start a big argument, but I really dont' apprecaite me taking the courtesy to warn him of what he had, and I don't get paid back for any of my time.

    Just be carefull if you do work with him, that's all.
