    This will only take someone experienced in CSS about 10 minutes to do but I need it in the next couple of hours, so only PM me if you can do it NOW...

    I need to have a container DIV with two columns of inner DIVs and one of those will also have a couple of DIVs within it as well... slicing up an image.

    I will PM you the specifics after you confirm you can do it quickly and have the experience.

    I need two files - a simple HTML and a separate file for the CSS...

    I can pay via PayPal only and will pay immediately upon confirmation that the work is done...
