Need a quick css design - $15 paypal right now

    I need the following image below created into a css template.

    PSD is available. Here is what needs to be done:

    width: 671px
    height: should change based on the content inside of the template but it should show the fading and then once it reaches white you can make it so it continues on if there is a full page of content.

    the logo on the top i want to be able to edit at anytime and insert a new one (as an image)

    Inside the template i want to do padding of 10px on each side top and bottom.
