Never have to update anything, all on cruise control.

I just started to exchange some links, I have never exchanged links on this site.

Income: $200.00 last month from Adsense alone, since I do not have any other advertiser on there.

Traffic is increasing , as well as backlinks and indexed pages.

I am afraid that the site will grow tremendously to the point where the asking price will never be met.

What is this site worth?

Normally, I would say that it would be around $2,000. But there's no banner and the type of site is not really stable.

So I would say 1,200- 1,500.

 

Heck, I won't sell a parked domain name for less then the revenue it generates in two years. If your revenue could be verified over the past six months to a year, I'd say you have a good shot at $5k+.
