Need a quick $15

Would anyone be able to lend me $15 via paypal? If you do this for me I'll pay you back $20 when I get the money in my account, which will be in a week or so.

I know I'm new here and have very little posts, but I'm waiting for money to go into my paypal and want to pay for hosting / a domain, and don't want to wait another 7-8 days to get it.

If not, I could do some jobs for someone, or could someone point me to a site that pays out via paypal for doing anything I'm keen to get started
