lets see if i got it straight

- you want a HIGH QUALITY design
- you want it for FREE

i highly doubt that those who don't have a portfolio built up can magically do high-quality designs

Sorry I meant to omit the word "high" but it got in there somehow. I meant to say that I'm looking for a site redesign by someone that would be willing to do it for free for some exposure, or for their portfolio.
