    But a Cheap one

    I have a guy who slices for $!5 !!

    But he disappeared for days ?!?

    I Need someone that cheap ..

    Long Term, You will be my coder ;)

    If someones does it for 5 dollars.. thats a deal you can't pass up..

    Do you need CSS / Valid XHTML or just a working HTML template from the PSD?

    My offer: $60 for HTML (tables, whatever needed to work), $100 for CSS / Valid XHTML. I will need to see the design first anyway.
