Need a PSD Design Coded to HTML

I have a PSD design of a 2 page template that I need to be tranposed to an equivalent and editable HTML template - it Doesn't have to be xhtml compliant but I do need it to have the appropriate CSS coding.

The design is simple so I do not anticipate this small task too be much of a time consumer. I am basically looking for a HTML coder who can do a quick task.
