Buying Need a PSD coded into XHMTL/CSS structured coding - WHMCS extra

    I have a PSD design for a hosting website. I need it coded into good structured (header, body, footer) code using XHMTL/CSS. PLUS it would be extra if you could code the same template into WHMCS code. This part is not necessary as i can do it from the XHTML/CSS code, but it would save me the trouble.
