Need a PSD coded into vBulletin

    Well Mainly I have the header that needs coded. And I'm a bad coder. Budget I'm not gonna spend alot $30 max maybe little more. Its not that hard for someone whos good at this.

    Here is what I need coded to work on my header. I just need this header put on a already made template. But It needs to have the login box working, the buttons working and stuff too.
