Need a programmer

I am also looking for a programmer

Basically what I am looking for a way to add links ( links/resources ) page to all 20 sites ( they are on 5 different servers ) Also have the ability to add/delete links, add/delete categories , again it must populate to all 20 sites.

I willing to pay good money for good programmer..must good references

Also anyone with any advice let me know on how to do this let me know

You can publish an rss feed that each site will fetch the url's so you can update it in one place. pretty easy to do and not a large budget required.
