Buying Need a Programmer

Hi Guys

I need a programmer who can help me with a quick script.

I have a mySQL database with 3 different tables:

Table 1 (client info), which has an "accountnumber" field.
Table 2 (statements issued to clients), which has an "account_id" and "amount" fields.
Table 3 (income received from clients), which also has an "account_id" and "amount" fields.

I need a script that would display a table with the following information:

1. A list of all accounts from Table 1
2. The total sum of all statements issued per account from Table 2
3. The total sum of all income received per account from Table 3
4. The outstanding amount per account (the difference between the sum of Table 2 and Table 3)

Please let me know if you can do this script and what you will charge me.
