i have an html site....what i need is an registeration form with some specific conditions. 1) anyone can register 2) a user must enter company name 3) only 2 user can register from 1 company name 3) if any one try to use a company name which already exist in databse...then an message should display , already 2 members registered(with there names) 4) most important : if someones register a mail copy to be send on 3 emails which i give.
