having profiles,
be able to comment each other
on the index having most viewed profiles

by the way would anyone know if there is a script that can be used for this site?

have a look at buddypress. it's a set of plugins and stuff for wordpress mu that transform it into more of a community. not exactly profiles but allowing each bodybuilder to blog about what steroids are hot might be a good option. just an idea
