As the title states, I need a Programmer to Install Multi-Level referral payment and tracking script for my community website. I currently have a Dolphin community that I would like this referral system to be installed on. The main focus of the site will be the referral program and payments, so if it is easier to install a different (free or cheap) social network script, I would be open to that.
